What do I need to bring to the conference?

A water bottle, pen, notebook and your full self. We’ll handle the rest.

Are food and beverages provided to conference attendees?

Yes! All of our programming includes professionally catered, eco-friendly meals.

What should I wear to the conference?

We’ve had attendees show up in everything from pyjamas to three piece suits. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable - no one’s judging!

What if I purchase a ticket to the conference and I cannot attend?

We totally understand, these things happen. Our team is happy to transfer your ticket to another participant. If you do not have another participant to transfer your ticket to, we will work with you to provide a full refund until Friday, May 15, 2020. After Friday, May 15, 2020, we cannot transfer any tickets or provide any refunds.

Can I attend more than one track on Thursday, June 4, 2020?

All of our tracks on Thursday are full day tracks. This means that participants must choose only one track to attend that day. To reduce FOMO, all track talks are recorded in full and posted on our YouTube channel a couple of months after the conference.
